1 What happens if my items are not delivered or delivered to the wrong address?
All goods are delivered through Royal Mail; this means the goods must be signed for at the delivery point. If Royal Mail cannot track your goods, either we will send out new goods or a full refund will be given. (This applies in the UK only).
2 What happens if I do not like the goods?
We will request you to returns goods in good condition and a full refund will be given including the return postage.
